This review is long overdue, as I have been working with Dr. Lara for about ten months now, but I started feeling positive results mere moments after receiving my first adjustment. Dr Lara is compassionate, calming, and encouraging. I have noticed improved posture and quicker bounce back from injuries . (Instead of having to see her because I'm injured, I continue regular treatment because I bounce back from injury faster-), such as-- I slipped and fell hard on my hip and hand. Normally that would have taken a couple weeks to heal--I have fibromyalgia, and ony fifties --but I was feeling better in 2-3 days. Dr. Lara has created a relaxed, welcoming space at her office and I appreciate that she views healing as a process that is many faceted.
