Horrible office, smells like mildew. Paint chipping and stains in waiting room and office. Dr talked for entire time before starting procedure and because of that ran 2 hours late, after I had already waited an hr and a half to be seen ( not the first time this has happended, I assume it is "normal" for this office) Would not recommend for anyone seeking a nice, clean, efficient office.
Dr Lanny and his staff are extremely caring and put me at ease. I had alot of anxiety about having any work done but Dr lesser assured me it would be pain free ( and it WAS!!!) I had broken half of my tooth in the front and was missing teeth in the back so chewing was a problem. After consulting with Dr lesser we both decided a few implant and two crowns was my best option. Dr. Lesser is very patient and caring, I've always had high anxiety when going to the dentist and he made me feel comfortable and explained everything he was doing. The whole staff have always been kind making me feel right at home, as if I were part of their own family. It was the best experience I have ever had while going to the dentist. The staff was friendly and has always treated me like family. Dr. Lesser does very good work. He has totally transformed my smile and confidence too! I love that they provide the laughing gas as well.
I am an very anxious patient. Dr. Lesser and his staff were so relaxed and professional, that my anxiety level dropped to zero. Dr. Lesser is excellent! I was a patient of his for 5 years, then moved to a company where the insurance did not participate. As soon as I got a different insurance plan, I went back, a year and a half later. He's always been pleasant, and I've never had pain, even with my crown. I HATE needles, so he's been very good with me, and calmed me down. Also, Cathy at the front desk is great! She always remembers me by name and is very helpful in explaining things (like insurance costs).
