While his staff isn't always that responsive to refills and insurance issues, Dr. Edelsohn is amazing, he is thorough, knowledgeable, sensible and empathetic!
Dr.Edelsohn has helped me with my seizure disorder. He was very compassionate and caring toward me. He even helped me with another member in my family that was being seen by a another neurologist in Dover who "mis" diagnosed my mother. My mother is very ill and he helped point me in the right direction to get help for my mother. I suggest calling neurology Associates to anyone!!The last time I was not taken seriously about my condition or my mother's health was at CNMRI in Dover!!! I keep hearing about what a great reputation Dr. Edelsohn has but because of my experience with him, I can't understand how he got it. He refused to listen to anything I had to say and condescendingly told me that my problems are all in my head. Lets just say he was greatly mistaken. I hope his future patients have more luck with him then I did.
Dr. Edelsohn was very nice but acted as if nothing was wrong with me even though I could hardly walk or sit. He suggested that my pain and nerve symptoms are due to depression which I disagree with. Although he was friendly and pleasant to me, I feel as though he didn't take me seriously and didn't care to listen to my concerns.
