Brother in law went in and was treated so rude and short with him. Said he will never recommend him to anyone.
Have been in crisis mode and needing a neurologist very badly regarding conditions that a neurologist should be able to see me for. It took OVER A WEEK AND A HALF for them to "review" my referral and not contact me at all. I called them this morning and was told that the Dr doesn't see for one condition, and then the other condition must be chocked up to mental health issues, without even seeing me. Cannot reach a human being to talk to for a prescription renewal - same with my pharmacy’s attempts. Need to leave a message on their website and they’ll call within 2-4 business days. Worthless. My primary care doctor doesn’t treat neurological patients and will not fill it.
I was about 3 minutes and they were acting like they couldn’t see me at all and the doctor was late when I went back to see him I call them when they say they hours are open after they call me and all I get is a voice mail they aren’t welcoming they give you a piece of paper for a year out appointment and call you the day before
I was referred to see him from a recent ER visit. First off, he’s is now booking for July 2024. I was supposed to follow up with him within a week per ER Dr. They wouldn’t allow me to make an appointment and needed to see the ER report that was already on my file that they could see but still insisted on getting it from the hospital themselves. This process took over a week and then they denied me being seen. I guess getting a referral from a ER doctor is not good enough for them and they wasted my time.
