Great experience taking my Mom to him. He listened, had multiple ideas of how to help her. Easy testing for UTI when needed. Took good care of her.
Had my Vasectomy done here a year ago. The billing department was the worst and I might as well have gone to Edward scissors hands. I would advise that you find someone with a more gentle, caring touch.
Over a month out to schedule an appointment, even for emergency needs. Hold times to get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment are long. Office staff (I’ve dealt with) are not friendly and make it seem like your call is a burden. Had a vasectomy here over a year ago that was a poor experience. Why would I try to come back then you ask? Good question. Gladly taking my business elsewhere.
