Dr. Bear is the best!! Always answers my questions and takes care of my knee issues. He remembers my other issues and is so caring.

I do not recommend Dr. Bear. While making an appointment with Dr. Bear I was placed on hold for 35 minutes and then suddenly transferred to a call center at exactly 5pm when the clinic closes. The call center told me they could not help and hung up. This is unacceptable.When I complained to the nurse and Dr. Bear they became confrontational. cant leave one because nobody answers the phone and when they do, I get transferred (4 times) So so far your service is horrible. My name is Darcy, I have no problem letting you know who I am. Our healthcare system is a joke. My child will go elsewhere, but its usually the same b.s, different doctor. And nobody wants to listen to the covid crap anymore. the joke is over now. move on.
My wife had hip replacement and a year later shoulder replacement by Dr. Bear. Both went very well. She recovered well and has no pain. Very pleased with the surgery and the care by Dr. Bear. I would recommend him very highly. He is one of the kindest caring doctors I have ever met. Also the staff at his clinic are kind and caring too.
After two rotator cuff repairs by other MD's, I tore it a third time. I had seen Dr. Bear for other stuff and I liked the way he does things, especially the way he explains things, including the part about it may or may not be successful. I felt it can't feel any worse so he fixed it a third time. Physical therapy went well and I knew after the other two fixes, it'll never be normal but I'm able to do just about anything I could before. Dr Bear treated my wife after a fall resulting in a broken ankle in 3 places. We consider him to be one of the best. He is very skilled as a doctor, caring and professional. He makes a patient feel like family, does not rush to meet a quota, finds a way to get things done and is respected in the community. If you need Orthopedic care he will serve you well.
Dr. Bear has taken care of several issues for me. I trust him, very caring and takes care of the problems! Takes a little time to get to see him as he is very busy but so worth the wait. His office staff is warm and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better doctor!
