First of all, if being a physician would be easy then everyone would be physicians. Dr. Lana Arakaki has been my PCP for over 3 years now and she tells it to me straight. Always readily available to talk on the phone communication with staff (whom are wonderful) Doc looks intimidating but what I absolutely respect about her practice is she has very good bed side manners.
