I would like to take the time to thank Dr. Puri and his staff for the outstanding care they gave me when I had my hip replacement. Dr. Puri was very knowledgeable. He took the time to address my questions and concerns. Dr. Puri is is committed to patient care has a passion for healing!
The entire method and procedure of my total knee replacement (Mako) was extremely well designed and thought out - every detail. From the pre-op physical therapy, the vein specialist, CT scans, X-rays, it all had a purpose and was well done. The surgery was very smooth - a great team working well together. First, Dr Puri is a wonderful surgeon and has the best bedside manner ever! 2nd his team is incredible and even called me after returning home to check on me! And 3rd I felt totally at ease with the procedure snd the anesthesia team! And 4th the Loyal Home Health Care Team that Dr. Puri recommended was a very positive and supportive and caring experience!! I underwent total right knee replacement surgery with Dr Puri on April 18, 2024. The operation was more successful than I could have ever imagined. I have perfect range of motion and am able to walk pain free and cane free within less than one month of my surgery. This is entirely thanks to Dr Puri's skill and unmatched expertise in the operating room and the superb after care provided by his team. I strongly recommend him to anyone in need of knee replacement surgery.
From my first visit with Dr. Puri, I was immediately put at ease and impressed with him and his staff. His main nurse and PA were great as was the entire staff at Skokie hospital throughout the process. My surgery went very well and everyone I interacted with that day was fantastic. My recovery was very quick and quite honestly hard to believe how easy it all was. Thank you Dr. Puri for giving me my life back!
Dr Puri, Maria, Gerri and Kim and all the staffers are excellent. Their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Even the transport people with who I only see to walk down the hall to a tech room were fabulous. Thank you for hiring people who seem to give a darn about their job and the people they are helping. Superb support about cycling passion and did both hip replacements. Went for visit after aching following running w assurance imaging is fine, back care is my option for pursuit, and encouragement for my goal to train for upcoming 500 mile ride.I would rate him 10Stars if I could!
Dr. LALIT PURI by far one of the most professional orthopedic surgeons one can ask for. I had been experiencing knee problems for over 15 years and as a 32 year old Dr. PURI was my surgeon who took over my case and advised me that with my condition, a total knee replacement was the best and only option as I have exhausted all other treatment options.
