My rating is based on the difference from on line availability and actual availability. How is it that the office hours say 8:30 to 5 Monday through Friday but appoints are only after 1PM and that is at both offices which seems impossible
No Bedside Manner Doctor Lal Bhagchandani did not allow me to go inside the consult to be able to translate for my mother who does not speak English. He was obviously having a very bad day and took it out on us. I describe him as being very insensitive for the sick and having no consideration for people's time either. I took 1/2 day from work to arrange taking my mother to her appointment which she lost because we left the practice. His office staff looked in disbelief because I put him on his place. Do not use Dr. Lal. Poor service by staff and they put $$ over patient care. Currently filing a complaint with Dept of Health. I had been a patient of Dr. Lal for many years. As a matter of fact, I referred co-workers of mine to him. After the experience I just had with his office, I will never use him nor refer him again. I believe that the actions and apparent policies of his office could be dangerous to a patient. More to follow when I file my complaint with the State of Florida.
Visit was brief but doctor managed to answer all questions & provide educational info in that time period.
New pt very obvious pt is in respiratory distress with oxygen in place never even listened to lungs.
Dr. Bhagchandani is always prompt, and attentive to any questions I have regarding my Sleep Apnea issues.
I love coming to see Dr Lal. He is thorough and caring. I've been coming here for a number of years. Dr Lal has pulled me out of many illnesses. He even remembers me every time I come in. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pulmonalogist.
