After almost an hour wait the Dr. barely spent 5-6 minutes with me (I did check my phone). In that brief encounter he did not listen to my few concerns, instead he told me what he was going to prescribe and turned his back on me and walked out of the room to the front counter to write the prescriptions. How disrespectful can a person be?It's important to note that 2 of 4 prescriptions were wrong or incomplete and the pharmacy had to call the office to correct.My recommendation is to look elsewhere for quality care.

If I could give this doctor a -100%, I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Bhagchandani. He has no empathy for his patients, uncaring about whether or not his recommended treatment is good for you, unconcerned for your well-being, unprofessional. He did not care to take the time to ask if he could answer any questions we may have so when we did ask questions about our condition, he had impatient responses. I was wondering whether my poor experience with this doctor was unique. I decided to check to see if there are reviews online. I wish I had done this before setting up an appointment. It was a complete waste of my time to have a sleep study scheduled with this doctor. He spends less than 2 minutes with you in a visit, only to come back to say he won't treat a mild sleep apnea because no insurance would cover it. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
The absolutely worst. I literally almost died and just spent 2 months in hospital for covid , came to him for follow up a month later and he spent less than 5 minutes in room. DID NOT even listen to my lungs. Didn't do anything, offer any advise on what to do to heal , nothing!!!! Told me to google covid lung! REALLY. Hes a joke. Run from this guy and do not make an appointment
He’ll no, he neglected my brother Law syed Jafri when he was admitted as COVID patient which caused him to loose his life. I held responsible for his untimely death.
To my surprise I was charged a co-payment of $50 just to get my sleep study results after also paying a $50 copay for my initial consultation. I told the staff that I've been unemployed for 3 months but they didn't care. After waiting 1HR and 20 minutes I was given my sleep study results which took less than 5 minutes. They could've given me the results over the phone and saved me $50. Nobody CARES, nobody. worst Dr. I've been to in a long time. And office is even less helpful. cancelled my follow up appt. Do Not recommend. one star because they wouldn't let me leave zero stars
My rating is based on the difference from on line availability and actual availability. How is it that the office hours say 8:30 to 5 Monday through Friday but appoints are only after 1PM and that is at both offices which seems impossible
