I am a new patient of Dr. Espinal, my first impression of her was amazing. She was welcoming , kind and compassionate. I loved that she took the time to explain things and answered any questions or concerns I had. Her staff was amazing as well, My whole experience was just amazing.
I have been a patient of Dr. Espinal for over 3 years. She's easy going, knowledgeable and don't feel rushed when I go for an appointment. I feel she listens to what the issues are and does not judge any decisions I make. No chance I will replace her for another Dr!!
I initially made my appointment 2 weeks in advance and took the day off. I called the day before my appointment to check if everything was okay since no one had called me to confirm my appointment. It was then I found out the doctor was not going to be in the office the entire week. It would have been nice if someone had called me to let me know. Ms Espinal has the most horrible staff ever. I have been trying to reach them by email and phone calls since January. They fail to do any form of follow up. Before her, I had the same ob/ gyn for about 15 yrs in a professional environment. I am finding a new doctor as I speak.
Worst staff ever. They don't return calls. They say they will do things and don't. You wait on hold for half hour. I waited THREE HOURS in waiting room for appointment. Also, I never got test results after they found "solid mass" in breast after ultrasound. I assumed everything was fine, but I asked about it during separate appt months later and she told me. MONTHS LATER.
Horrible bedside manner, rushes through consultation.
Dr. Espinal is very sharp and knowledgeable and she is up to date on the latest procedures. Her office is modern and clean. She had two very nice assistants or medical students I think that were with her and they were very helpful too. I would definitely go to Dr. Espinal again and also it is helpful that she is in my network which is how I was referred.
I got to the office at 9:45 and now is 11:15.Just left the Doctor's office without seeing her. She showed up through the front door at 11:00am without saying good morning nor a word. The staff didn't even cared on telling me or the other patients that she was late. Once she was inside she was going back and forth with flowers and talking about how beautiful they were. Dr Espinal may be a young and energetic doctor but she lacks in bedside manner. Her staff is unprofessional, inexperienced and lack a good office manager. The doctor never is on time for appointments and once your in she is practically kicking you out. Never get call backs for results and constantly have my appoitments changed it canceled due to her scheduling. Can't wait to find another GYN. 2 thumbs down.
