Appreciated the quick response from my care provider, clinician and staff when I had severe TGN pain and how to care for it during ice cold weather.
Great service, friendly staff. Dr. Smoot was on point, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in detail.
Dr. Smoot seems to be a conscientious neurologist.
Dr Smoot is a good listener and has a kind demeanor. With a Chronic Illness it can be hard to stay positive at times. He is good at pulling you back to the positives vs what you can't do anymore.
Dr Smoot combines professionalism and humanity In his scientific approach to health care. He is a rare gem among physicians
Dr Smoot is knowledgeable and understands when communication tools need to change with his MS patients. Check in is great very friendly but they still have some nurses or nurse assistance that do not mirror Dr Smoot"s communication skills.
Dr. Smoot is consistently kind, knowledgeable, and proactive with my healthcare needs.
Dr. Smoot is honestly the best! He is very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He is also personable and caring. I really don't know how he does it but I feel so thankful for him being my neurologist. One note on the survey is it should be updated to include virtual visit answers. For example, adding an N/A for the last questions about receptionists and such because I only saw Dr. Smoot. Thanks!
