Had a video call with dr. Kingsley to have a medical document signed and sent back to me. He said it would be done within a couple days. And if it wasn’t, I should give them a call or email and they should do it. This was two months ago, and I have not only received no signed document, but also gotten zero communication from them whatsoever after I called 3 times and emailed 3 times. This is an important medical document that greatly affects my day-to-day life. Do NOT rely on them for anything.
