Uninformed "physician". When addressing concerns over my grandfather's medical issues her answer was "I don't know, I'm not his doctor, I'm only here today to assist! She also claimed not to know the patients history even though she wrote a note on his medical conditions earlier in the week indicating he had NON EXISTENT medical issues!!! Optum and Alignment Insurance do better.
Scheduled this doctor visit because my GP was fully booked. Horrible bedside manner, made some unprofessional comments that I should have tried harder to schedule a procedure and was argumentative when I said I had tried calling at least three times to do so. When she finally placed the order/referral for me it was wrong, so I couldn't even set up the appointment in the radiology department afterwards.
