I felt more like a customer than a patient he barely looked at my feet and gave me new orthotic inserts that I had to pay for out of pocket. The orthotics didn’t work for me. He also gave me a brochure to give to other people who need bunion removals, so I could refer them to him. I don’t even know anyone who has bunions. **After wearing the orthotics once, my feet were in significant pain. When I tried to return the inserts, the office staff refused to refund my money and they do not stand behind the products they carry.
Ingrown toenail for 3 years, removed it myself for the 3 years because i was scared of the needle. But i finally went in and they removed it and stopped it from coming back. The needle was not as bad as i thought so i had them do the right big toe also because i could feel it was starting to do the same. It took 30 minutes and they are healing very well and no pain. Great staff and i will never hesitate again.
I had a minor foot issue that I saw Dr. Kinghorn for, and he was great at identifying the issue, explaining what he saw, and providing treatment options. His nurse and front desk are also highly competent. Easy to get an appointment scheduled. Well run practice, highly recommended.
Dr. Longhorn is a highly professional, detail-oriented, and direct surgeon. I appreciate his thorough examination of both my feet, explaining the issues, and discussing potential repairs. He ensured I was well-prepared for surgery and recommended supplements to aid in healing and recovery. His holistic approach aims not only to address the problem but also to facilitate ongoing self-healing. The staff is also incredible, professional and very kind. Highly recommend!
