Very professional. I was treated respectfully and had a great experience at their office
Dr. Kun Hee Lim took over for my previous optometrist and I had visited her at least two times. She was nice and professional but when I just phoned to make a new appointment and they couldn't find my record. I'm very upset because I had 30+ years of care there and it was reassuring that my vision could be compared with prior years. I decided to change to a new provider. Losing records is unacceptable, in my opinion.
