If you are lucky to receive Dr Pon’s care, you will not want to see any other dermatologist. Her knowledge and professionalism combined with perfectionism and care is unmatched. Dr Pon is also very generous with her time and knowledge as anytime I have asked her questions that were not relevant to the purpose of my visit, she would go out of her way to advise and share thorough answers. I just can’t thank her enough for the care and help I was provided by her or under her supervision.
I am very disappointed at Kucy Pon (Con) with my experience at this dermatology practice. I sought laser treatment expecting professional care and appropriate risk assessment, but unfortunately the outcome was damaging. Following the procedure, I sustained burns to my facial area that resulted in significant and persistent hyperpigmentation.
