I left my previous dentist of 30 years and I am so happy I did. I found Krithika Chellappa, and she is gentle, kind, professional and decisive. She is small, so she has small hands. I think anyone can appreciate that. I highly recommend her and her staff. Waiting time has been very short for me. I'm very happy with the work she has done. My previous dentist couldn't make a decision and did an exam time after time. I had a broken bridge and needed it fixed. Over a year went by and nothing but more exams. Costly for me. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Absolutely, it was fantastic!
I came to Dr. Chellappa at the referral of a co-worker. I was having pretty major pain and had, of course - as luck would have it - just cancelled my dental insurance this year for the first time in my life! The office, team and Doctor were great and did everything possible to keep my costs as low as possible as it was all out-of-pocket. I'm looking forward to being insured again next year and going back for all the routine cleaning and maintenance I've been avoiding because I hated my prior dentist!
