Dr Thompson appeared to take time and listen in the 1st appointment. In subsequent visits I felt increasingly unheard & misunderstood. Her growing cold blank attitude meant that she couldn't possibly have been listening or taken any relevant notes in the 1st appt. Seems overly dependent on previous doctors' chart notes, making an objective open-minded evaluation impossible to receive. Dr. Kirsty is a very good provider. She helps me to understand my medical needs and listen to what I have to say about my problems.

I consider myself lucky to have Dr. Thompson as my primary care physician. She always listens to my concerns and makes me feel heard. She discusses options for my care and and makes me feel that I have a say In my treatment.
I love my care provider but sometimes had to go to walk in providence by my house when I wasn't able to see her. Both have gave great care
