I felt like this was the most thorough experiences for this procedure I have had over the last 20 years. The team was really informative and present for me During the procedure. The only thing I didn't understand is why they automatically take a urine test for pregnancy despite the fact that I'm many years postmenopausal. It seemed like an unnecessary test to do automatically.
Dr. Thompson and her entire health care team are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, attentive and extremely helpful. I feel that Dr. Thompson is the absolute best at what she does and the care she provides her patients is beyond what many physicians provide. I would follow her anywhere she ever moves .... Hopefully, that won't happen. Thank you.

Dr. Thompson has a great bed side manner. She is kind, listens and makes you feel important. She listens to your problems and does not make you feel silly. I so appreciate her.
Dr. Thompson offers great consistent care. She LISTENS to my concerns, discusses my options and makes sure that I feel comfortable with the treatment plan agreed upon. And I am so thankful that she takes my preferences into account!!! I have been seeing Dr. Thompson for the last 4 years and can honestly say she is one of the best clinicians I have ever had.
Dr Thompson appeared to take time and listen in the 1st appointment. In subsequent visits I felt increasingly unheard & misunderstood. Her growing cold blank attitude meant that she couldn't possibly have been listening or taken any relevant notes in the 1st appt. Seems overly dependent on previous doctors' chart notes, making an objective open-minded evaluation impossible to receive.
