Awful. We told her practice that our son was on the spectrum. On the day of his appointment, he was upset and crying. She has her assistants do all the work despite charging an arm and a leg. With a child in distress in her practice, she chose to not help and focus on computer work because she didn't want to deal with him. When he settled down, we were told that he were out of time and would have to come back. Just callous.I get the schedule matters and all - but it is important to treat people like people.
Dr. Knierim goes the extra mile for all of her patients. She is genuinely interested in her patients and cares. Her practice and staff are top notch! A+
An excellent orthodontist, very thorough and caring. Very well trained as an expert in orthodontic treatment. She explains her treatment plan up front with the patient and parents. We knew the costs and approximately how long the treatment would be, A very friendly staff and a very clean and top notch facility in west Knoxville. A highly recommended professional orhtodontic practice.
