Always excellent service, edit years ago that was I agree with Dad Mohammad, who posted about receptionist, the guy receptionist at the Stafford VA location are horrible, changed my children’s appointment without my consent and when I went in there he’s gonna tell me you’re 25 minutes late, your appointment was at 10, however my appointment was at 10:30, and then he goes on to say we called you but no answer, ok if I didn’t answer why did you change my appointment to fit someone else needs, and then be rude to me because you... read more
This is one of the worst experience i ever had from a medical facility.. they made an appointment, got all the info they need and when i go the office they had a wrong address.. after many calls, they picked up and provided the correct address, then when i am there they say they do not accept my plan. Their reception at the stafford office has 0 customer service. The doctor and the manager did not even come to say what is the problem. If u want to ruine your day and time, go for them
