I am told she is my primary physician but I have never met her. I always see her assistants. There is a despicable shortage of doctors in this country (u.s.). It does NOT take 12 years to become a doctor in the EU and their care is NOT WORSE. We need to overhaul the system but the AMA will not have it! They want a monopoly and highest prices for care as possible.. Being a doctor makes you RICH here but only upper middle class in the EU. They never answer their phone and it’s extremely difficult to make an appointment with their office because when you leave a voicemail they either don’t return the call or the mailbox is full. They used to use MyChart but have since switched to a platform that’s also really hard to get in touch with the doctor through. I’ve only met with nurse practitioners and I’ve not met with my actual doctor in the past two years of seeing this office for my care.
Horrible with returning your calls or answering them.
Never answer the phone and place your call in a full message box that cannot return your call. This is a pain in the neck and should not be run this way
