We used them a few weeks back for one of our listings. They were very professional, communicated well, and did a great job servicing two units for us. I especially liked how I received a text with a picture of the tech who was en route when I got the 20-minute "On our way" update. Keith was fantastic, as was the whole experience. They offer service plans that allow for monthly billing, which is different from most of the A/C companies I've used previously. I highly recommend them.
Skylar was knowledgeable and friendly on the phone along with Marcus the service manager. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kool is a 5-star company with 5-star service technicians. Referred to me last year by a friend, and they did not disappoint! Just yesterday, I needed emergency service, and their technician KEITH was here within the hour! He had everything taken care of in a short time, and did a great job. Keith was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will never have any other a/c company in my house!
