I can’t give a good review to a doctor’s office that perpetuates treating people like a business commodity. Drove from the East Bay, got to their medical building on time, got lost finding their office and was told at 2:18 that I had missed my 15 minute late window. Never mind that the doctor was likely triaging and overbooking patients for appointments. The award for least likely to respond with compassion goes to the medical office of Dr. Konrad Ng!
