I recently made an appointment with the Filutowski center in Daytona Beach. They told me everything would be covered by my Medicare and proceeded with an eye exam, which I paid $120.00 as my deductible was not met. They then scheduled another appointment for a second eye exam with Dr. Filutowski, another $120.00, and after that appointment I was sent into the financial office where the representative told me my Medicare would not cover the lenses needed for my eyes in order for me not have to wear glasses. I have given this guy thousands of dollars!! He sends a $15.00 balance to a collection agency. A call from the office would have been nice. It's all about the MONEY with him !
