I have been coming to this office for over 20 years. I find everyone on staff friendly and kind. I am handicapped and walk with a walker. All the extra things are done with a smile and patience. The office has modern and up to date equipment. I haven't had any issues with the lenses I have received, nor frames I have chosen. It has always been a win win experience.

Yes, all of the reviews are detailing the wonderful customer service they received in 2012 and earlier. However, under recent events by not having the favored Judy on board (after 20+ years) the ' friendliness' of the office has now gone south. I am not sure who is responsible for the new young lady that takes.appointments and your money, but the latter is her favorite thing to do.
