It’s so cliche, but I wish I could give ZERO stars. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced (and I’m in sales!). The office manager sent my 18 year old a pretty aggressive text, all because the call dropped. My daughter was actually shaken up after receiving the text (which came from the staff’s personal cell phone btw). When I called back to find out why such a message would be sent, I was greeted with a “hello”… no doctor greeting or anything.. I was billed $325 for Dr. Knoll to tell me what I already knew, that I had flat feet. He performed nothing else since I declined injections and a boot. Charging an absurd amount of money for 10 minutes of absolutely nothing is ridiculous.
