First appearances: Disorganized, the staff did not seem knowledgeable about procedures. Droors were left open, plastic was left on counters, and the nurse practitioner openly criticized staff. Myself nor my friend ever met the doctor through two visits. Referrals and scripts were improperly filed and no one at the office would help rectify the situation. I was a patient of the practice for many years. After dealing with the issues of her selling her practice to Bayfront, I then had to deal with the issues of her going back out on her own. Most importantly, office disorganization and staff turnover. I don't know why she can't retain people but it's a huge problem. A doctor is only as good as her staff.
