Dr Bain delivered my daughter in 2015. We discussed before my birth that I DID NOT want an episiotomy. She agreed that she wouldn’t do one and would let me tear naturally. I pushed 2 times for 7 minutes and she told me she was going to cut me. I screamed that I did not want her to cut me. She told me she was still going to. I do not feel that I gave her consent to do what she did. I still am traumatized by being cut when I adamantly told her I did not want to be cut.
Very nice kind person Dr. Bain had a warm bedside manner and I can not say enough good about my visit. The staff was also very nice and kind. I was very comfortable and I was pretty stressed about my visit. I am lucky to have found her.
