Dr. Marinaro’s team in Urology were incredible. They made me feel extremely safe and calm prior to my procedure, and explained everything in as much detail as I needed. Fantastic staff all around.
This SGF location is superb. The space is huge and beautifully furnished, providing a calming atmosphere. The exam rooms are clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff are some of the kindest humans you will meet—especially DeNae, Alanah, Hayden, Rose, and Ornella! I feel like it would be a disservice if I didn't leave this review. Please consider going anywhere else but here. I started the process of freezing embryos in January. And throughout my experience with Shady Grove, it has been a consistent pattern of inaccurate information, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability when their mistakes have real consequences.
