Wonderful experience! The staff are exceptional, even at 7:30 am they all had smiles, were efficient, timely and willing to help.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Csokmay for over a year now and his patient care is top notch. High emotional intelligence (EI) and super responsive care team. Always willing to hop on the phone or go into more depth if you have questions which you inevitably do throughout this long and convoluted fertility process. The ladies in the lab are lovely and upbeat. Rosalee is the cutest and brings a smile to my face every time I come in (which is a lot)! Easy with the blood draw too. Dr. Csockmay provided excellent care, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and compassion. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing department was extremely frustrating. I encountered incorrect insurance guidance, unexpected charges, and months of delays trying to resolve an overpayment refund. The lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and surprise bills added unnecessary stress to an already difficult fertility journey. The front desk team is always so warm and welcoming - they remember us by face and name, and always make the process seamless.
