The best dentist you will ever meet. She treated me when she was a grad student at BU. She was like my guardian angel. I will never forget her not can I thank her enough. The only crime is that high quality dentistry is not included in every insurance policy and Medicare. Why is that since it's so fundamental? We're talking serious surgical procedures! Hands-on from highly trained physicians like Kim.

I have been going to Aspen Dental for over 5 years and I am always pleased with their service. The staff is friendly, but I would like to give special recognition to the dental assistant/tech EZRA. This little lady is the sweetest, most compassionate HARDWORKING individual I have met. She is often taking care of multiple patients in different phases of their treatment, but she is ALWAYS aware of their needs and making sure of their comfort. I have had nothing but issues with Aspen Dental. I would not recommend anyone to seek treatment here. They do not schedule people well or update patients on changes etc. I have had several problems with them. The most recent has been with my invisalign. I first went in for my appointment and they suggested I needed invisalign. I considered it and when they discussed the pricing I decided it was out of my price range, but I was wondering why it was so high. I have a lot of work to be done still,but so far I have nothing but praise for the whole team. From Dr. D to the office staff. They have all been wonderful to me. They worked for hours to get my first partial plate to where it was comfortable for me. I do mean all day even to remaking it the same day. WONDERFUL GROUP.

I do not recommend aspen dental here or any where! They are still using deceptive advertising practices. They do not deliver a quality product and I wish that they would shut down all aspen dentals. It’s time that they be sued again just like before for doing the same things then that they are continually doing now.
Husband went in just to ask a question and get some information. He waited 45 minutes and saw the person he needed to talk to leaving. She said she was going to lunch and she may or may not be back. Husband asked receptionist why she didn’t speak with him. She just shrugged her shoulders and said she must not have seen the note. We will never go back there.
Several years ago, I had a lot of dental work done and at that time would have recommended this place. But I no longer can say that. Over the weekend I broke an upper front tooth. They "can't" see me until January 7th! While on hold I heard their recorded message talking about how quickly they will see you if you have something like a broken denture. I call BS! Going somewhere else TODAY.
