I have been going to Anthem Hills Pediatrics for 10 years. The providers are all so knowledgeable, caring and attentive to my 3 children. The wait can sometimes be long but it is so worth it to know my kids will be well cared for. The staff is pleasant and the office is always clean. I am always able to get an appointment when I need one. The Eastern office is open in the mornings on Saturdays for sick kids, which helps so I do not have to miss work. I love this office!
Dr. LaMotte and her staff have always went above and beyond in making me feel like all of my questions have been answered. When my son's circumcision was done I was extremely anxious and nervous. Her staff helped keep me calm and Dr. LaMotte explained every detail of the procedure to me. I have had to call numerous times as a new mom and have been to the office to see not only Dr. LaMotte but her other providers and they all have been wonderful.
Yelled and bullied me for questioning her desire to forcibly & without local anesthesia tear open my baby's minor labial adhesion. Without my consent she tore the adhesion apart despite my raising the concerns that it would only "heal" back together based from the research saying that forcible trauma/separation was not recommended. My poor baby was in so much pain for the next days all for the labia to stick back together after I stopped putting vaseline a month later, just like I had told her
The office is always busy with at least 40 minutes wait (even when arriving on-time) . Dr. Lamotte-Malone is typically out of the office a lot, so you need up having to schedule appointments with other doctors. (I like for my children's doctor experience and rapport to be consistent) I did not appreciate the feeling of being a number and not patient. One of the nurses stabbed (not injected) my daughter with her vaccine shot, and she still has a lump on her arm from where he did it.

DR. LAMOTTE IS AN OUTSTANDING DOCTOR, SHE HAS BEEN THERE FOR OUR LITTLE GIRL SINCE SHE WAS BORN. DR. LAMOTTE KNOWS WHO MY DAUGHTER IS EVERYTIME SHE COMES N SHE SPENDS TIME WITH US IN THE OFFICE AND SHE SHE CARES. WE LOVE DR. LAMOTTE FOR TAKINF=G CARE OF OUR BABY AND GETTING HER IN WHEN WE NEED TO TAKING THE TIME AND HELPING US WITH ALL OUR BABY NEEDS. I WILL NEVER LEAVE DR. LAMOTTE AND IF YOU WANT AN OUTSTANDING DOCTOR CALL HER OFFICE,SHE CARES AND THATS WHAT REALLY MATTERS. LOVE YOU DR. LAMOTT
The BEST. Dr. LaMotte has been my doctor since I was born, I am now 18 and I can say I just wish she could still be my doctor now.
