Highly Not Recommended Very disappointing experience. A few years ago, I brought my children here for eye exams. A service I did not request was performed. When I questioned it, I even said I was willing to pay since the service had already been provided. The clinic told me not to worry about it, that I didn’t need to pay, and to just leave. Few years later, I found out that they had apparently flagged me internally as a “blacklisted customer” and refused to provide service to me. 켈로나에서 1년마다 안과 검진한다고 방문합니다. 우선 리셉션에서 검진해 주시는 선생님이 너무 친절하게 잘 응대해 주셔서 감사했어요. 또한 의사쌤도 친절하게 검진해 주시고 영어, 한국어 섞어서 최대한 쉽게 설명해 주시려 해서 너무 감사했어요. 인사를 90도로 해 주셔서 저희도 고개숙여 인사했답니다~~ㅎㅎ 내년 3월에 또 검진하려 예약했어요~

I do not recommend this place. I am a Korean mother. My child got Dream Lenses fitted in Korea, but last night, one of the lenses fell down the bathroom drain, and we barely managed to retrieve it. I needed to check for scratches, so I contacted an optician who speaks Korean, but they said they could not examine the lenses unless they were purchased from their store. I was very disappointed. I did not make an appointment but they were well organized and I could get the appointment done in an hour. They use very high tech machines (like 3D games) and the results usually come out in a day!
