Receptionists are incredibly rude, don’t let you finish your sentence and treat you like you are just incapable of understanding. They are quick to escalate situations unnecessarily because allegedly they are “too busy” to listen to customers (that’s what he said when we asked why he kept cutting us off). I would like to share a very disappointing and upsetting experience I had with this clinic today. My family and I have been patients at the clinic for several years. I personally chose this clinic for my regular eye examinations and have recommended it to my family and friends because of the exceptional care and professionalism of the female optometrist. 지난주 방문에서 매우 불편한 경험을 했습니다. 남자 의사분의 커뮤니케이션 방식이 다소 무성의하고 불편하게 느껴졌습니다. 눈을 잘 마주치지 않았고, 설명도 충분하지 않았으며, 질문을 해도 제대로 답변을 받지 못한 느낌이었습니다. 검안 과정도 다소 급하게 진행된 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 대화 중의 말투 또한 다소 신경질적이고 위압적으로 느껴져 매우 불편했습니다. 사실 이런 경험이 이번이 처음이 아닙니다. 리셉션에서도 설명이 명확하지 않았고 전반적인 응대가 친절하다고 느끼기 어려웠습니다. 전반적으로 고객으로서 존중받는 느낌을 받지 못했고, 제 경험 기준으로는 추천드리기 어렵습니다.
