This is the doctor who permanently disabled me after prescribing Cipro over a 2-minute phone call in 2020. I've had peripheral neuropathy for over 5 years, have to wear special shoes & socks, & will never run again, never mind the thousands & thousands of dollars I've had to spend on treatments.

She could have gotten me killed this month by refusing to write a referral. She was ok in person but don’t go here if you have an hmo. I fell and injured my arm and they initially thought it was an open fracture. She wouldn’t refer me without seeing me but didn’t have an appointment for a week and a half. I needed to go to an orthopedic doctor and she was intentionally getting in the way of this. I did not like Dr. Faulkner. I went in and saw her as my PCP but everything felt rushed, I told her my concerns/issues and she’s like “oh here’s a med for that” and that’s it. I still had more questions and concerns but she was backing up and opening the door to usher me out! I had to ask her a question while the door was still open. Very unprofessional, way to quick and I will not be seeing her again. I didn’t like it at all.
