Id had this Paed for my 2 chdn for several years. She decided recently that she no longer had capacity for us (...we were existing clients who she saw twice yearly). She didnt have the decency to tell me directly and instead left it with a case worker to advise us. She fobbed off all my email attempts requesting an explanation and she didnt even offer to stay connected until another Paed was sought. Where's the most basic duty of care.
