Ease of scheduling urgent appointments. They were so kind to work with my busy schedule and got me in quickly. the staff was so kind and did a great job
Today was our first visit to this office. We decided to switch due to some unscrupulous billing practices of a competitor. When I told my 9 year old we were headed to the dentist, she cried. My 11 year old was apprehensive too. This office put all of our fears to rest. I could not have met a more caring group of staff! My children actually asked that we return soon to this office!!
Unfortunately, after the passing of Dr. Ki Ngo in March, I do not recommend this office. Dr. Ngo was a kind man who cared about people over money. He helped me many times only charging the 50 dollar deductible when other dentists wanted 1000s. He was honest with me about implant charges. He was a great person! This week, new management tried to charge me full price without insurance even though insurance covered the work because they did not know how often. Dr. Ngo himself is amazing!!!!!!! He is so calm and reassuring, and extremely nice. He tries to work within the limits of your insurance, and I've never had an issue with getting an appointment rightg away. My whole immediate and extended family loves him. His assistants are also very nice and will alway make you feel at ease. He removed my wisdom teeth, and filled some cavities. Dr. Ngo and staff have very high standers. They are ready to help you when you have to call at the last min. I love the professional service every time you walk through the door. I will never find another Dental office like this one. I love them.....
Dr. Ngo & staff provide excellent friendly service! they have help my family serveral times.Same day service on a couple emergencies !
Dr. Ngo and staff are very profesional. Dr. Ngo did my crowns and I was not happy with the results. He was willing to have them redone at no extra cost untill I was happy with my smile.
Both the staff and the dentist were very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, which was no small accomplishment given my usual anxiety about seeing a dentist. Dr. Ngo himself went over my treatment plan with me and answered all of my questions (without getting impatient with me). I also enjoyed his newly-remodeled facilities. Overall my visit was a very good experience, and I am pleased by the results thusfar.
Dr Ngo and his staff are very pleasant and they give you a very detail oriented review of what he recommends you do for your teeth. My family and I have always felt extremely comfortable and his prices you can't beat.
