The doctor literally told me to “keep up the good work” and “You have perfect oral hygiene.” She took no Time to see that I have two cavities and a chipped tooth, and am in pain. My cleaning took 30 seconds, and anytime I call to talk to someone, nobody answers, nor do they return my phone calls. Don’t waste your time going here. I have several problems with their service. I wish I could give a review lower than one star. I was made to wait several minutes in the examination chair with a bib on when the dentist came in to see me much much later. The dentist did not discuss anything with me. Provided a treatment plan to her hygienists and then asked me to schedule appointments and left. I called them to share my X-rays with other dental offices and they did not respond to any single call. I also emailed them and they did not reply as well. I had to dr... read more
Terrible. Please save yourself from this nightmare. She treated my mother and extracted all of her teeth purely for money. I regret every day that we went to her. My mom is now living in misery because of dentures, even though her teeth could have been saved for many more years.
Although not the actual patient, I indirectly had experience with this practice after helping my cousin who just moved to the area set up an appointment. Most of the local dentists that accepted his insurance had appointments months away so we chose this practice as it was the only one with the fastest availability. After visiting I can understand why.
