This is the most unprofessional doctors office I ever dealt with. I was an office manager for 20 years for an oral surgeon and I am well experienced in patient care. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Patient care is NOT a priority in this office. I have called multiple times about a current appointment and recently was put on hold finally, but I hung up after 15 minutes. Find another neurologist because you definitely don't want this office!
Dr. Shamsaddine is my Dad's doctor and she has made a HUGE difference in how he feels and moves. She is very patient, an excellent listener and has always come up with the right solutions to help him over the past 4 years. We are super happy with her and so glad we switched from the Cleveland Clinic. My Dad and I both have 100% confidence in her!
Dr. Shamssedine is a wonderful neurologist. She was amazing right after my mom’s stroke. Very detailed and straightforward. Very good at what she does.
Dr. Shemseddine is great! She was kind, thorough and answered all of our questions. Her staff were nice and accurate.
Extremely unprofessional and not a good DR's office. And the Nurse Practitioner they have there is even worse. Having a loved one suffer Alzheimer's is really bad, and if the un-caring physician is as bad as this provider, that makes things even worse!
