The office staff was their to assist the doctor, not for customer service. Not impressed.

Terrible Experience – Rude, Incompetent Staff I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Dr. Krebs' office. The staff was unbelievably rude and lied about various aspects of my treatment. Dr. Krebs been my doctor for 6 years and thanks to his attention with my concerns , I don’t change him for nobody else. Very professional service.
I don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve been seeing Dr Krebs now for over a year now and he was very attentive. yes he’s prescribed medication but what do people seek a psychiatrist for? Help! And if medication is what it takes due to a certain condition, that sounds like he’s doing his job to make YOU better! After many years of trying to find a decent doctor - I’m so glad I was finally referred to Dr Krebs. So thank you Dr Krebs for everything & continuing to help me be a better ME.
He is a terrible doctor. Not interested in you and a pill pusher.
Very caring and helpful. Always responds quickly to emergency calls even after hours.
