Very easy going experience, the hygienist Alexis is fantastic, very friendly which makes the experience go by much faster and smoother
I had an excellent experience at Dr. Rattray’s office when I needed a minor emergency repair done to my permanent retainer. All the staff were very kind and professional, and Asha was especially accommodating and lovely. Thank you very much!

The dentist was great but it seems impossible to get a hold of the reception to book an appointment. I have been calling for 3 weeks now and left a voicemail over a week ago, but no response whatsoever. I am done with this... Edit in response to the owner's comment: This is really sad that the receptionist had a loss in her family. And feel terrible about writing that review.
