Completely igonore patient's concern and prescribe medication the patient is unable to take due to side effects. Worst ever seen.
I will not suggest this doctor to anyone. Left several messages after my lab results and doctor never called me back. Front desk staff is very rude. They don’t care and have no empathy. I had the worst experience.
First time I saw DR Oconnor my appointment was rescheduled 2021. Fast forward one year (2022), this time it took over a month to get an appointment only to have the nurse reschedule for the end of the following month. Just received another call to reschedule yet again citing he will be out of the office that day too. They wanted to reschedule until the following month in August. New patient for prostrate exam and PSA testing as my urologist had retired. I found Dr O’Conner to be communicative, patient, attentive and thorough. He explained everything and followed up the next day. I am very satisfied to date.
