Dr Murphy was direct and clearer than anyone else that I’ve dealt with during my shoulder problem.
I was very comfortable. Starting with the secretary up front to where the nurses. We're on point with everything meaning. Paperwork, making sure I knew what they were saying. And understood. Doctor Murphy came in and explained The procedure so I understood what was going on and anesthesiologists came in and explained everything to me. What he was going to do and how I was going to feel after which I felt great..
I chose Dr Murphy for my meniscus tear as he came highly recommended from a West Point friend and in reviews-praise from my primary care providers. The “simple procedure” turned out to be considerably more complex than I had initially expected, but he took the extra time and effort to “do the job right the first time!” Throughout the entire pre-op through the post-op procedures and recovery, he and his staff were consummate professionals. The explanations and teaching some before and after surgery made me feel more confident in my progress.
I was very happy with my visit especially when the surgeon said I did not require surgery. He was very informative. If I do need surgery in the future, I will definitely go back to Dr. Murphy.
