Dr. Murphy did an awesome Job on my shoulder. I was very fortunate to not be in much pain even though I had rotator cuff, labrum and bicep ligament issues. Dr. Murphy also fixed my daughters knee after another surgeon had admittedly not fixed it.
Everything about my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From office visits, staff, surgery center, understanding my condition and the decisions to correct the condition and the professionalism and personal touch was beyond expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Murphy and his staff without any reservations at all.
It has been quite a year. I have two highschool aged athletes whom both had Sports injuries that needed surgery this year. 1 severed ACL and 1 with a torn labrum. Our experiences with both have been extremely pleasing. Dr Murphy took his time explaining the entire process, what to expect after etc and took very good care of both my baby boys! The office runs very smoothly and the staff at the PV loc and the Surgery One center are fabulous!!! Could not be more pleased and would highly recomend.
Dr. Murphy is wonderful!! Over the past three years I've had two surgeries due to a torn labrum in each hip. I went from having pain with every step that I took to zero pain thanks to Dr. Murphy. I wouldn't go to anyone else and trust him enough to refer friends and family to him.
Not personable. Didn't seem to enjoy his work. Had an xray performed. Could tell nothing or, at least, provided little feedback about the xray. Prescribed physical therapy before an MRI, essentially prescribing treatment prior to knowing the problem. Seemed like a routine billing technique to get more money.
Had labrum, bank heart and rotator cuff surgery on both arms by Dr Murphey . Surgery went great, am not even 100% healed up and have better range of motion with arm that was done first. Would recommend to anyone that has problems with frequent shoulder dislocation.
Trust the Doctor medical professionals trust. As a RN, I spoke with different medical professionals to find out who was best to do my shoulder surgery. One name always came up, Dr Murphy. I'm so glad I choose him! My surgery and recovery has been beyond excellent. I've spoken with others who had same surgery with different Ortho group and they have not had same great experience.
