I had a mini-stroke a few days before visiting Kevin Wong and asked him to set me up for ct-scan and xray, and he refused. How is a doctor allowed to refuse a very necessary procedure? He's also argumentative, doesn't listen, and gives random medical advice that has nothing to do with me or my visit. Some time later I went to ask him why he refused. He didn't respond. Instead he set me up for scans I didn't ask for and had already taken care of through other means. Worst doctor ever.
Even though Dr Wong is super nice. I struggled to schedule an appointment with doctor Wong and received no follow-up on my test results, which was worrying. Additionally, the clerks who answer the phone are very rude and unprofessional behavior negatively affected my overall experience."
The best doctor ever. Beat staff ever. Always knowledgeable, professional., very helpful.. However there is one staff, she is rude, not helpful,, not knowledgeable. She does not want to listen to concerns and questions without knowing y , she Rudely dismissed your phone call and hang up. Myhope is dr wong keep the original staff, susan vivian, and the short lady ( y i forgot her name. These ladies are professional, they treat patiencewith care, empathy ,and sympathy
I felt compelled to share my experience with Dr. Wong, to prevent others from encountering a person who projects an image of such poor character, lack of self respect, and zero integrity when dealing with the medical system. This is a man who truly hates his own self image (why else treat others like that?) and pay retribution to the world through unethical behavior that's unbecoming of any health care practitioner – especially a doctor. Terrible service! I took my mother, who has a heart condition, and both, the personal staff and the doctor Wong treated her with such indifference for the fact that she doesn't speak English. They didn't provide any translation service for my mother and at the end she was very confused and did not know what to do. When I asked them for a translator, they said "sorry, we only speak English here". The staff is very rude and the doctor is cold and racist towards Hispanic people.
