Dr Sherlock is blatantly incompetent with an arrogance that requires an anti-emetic to look him in the eye. A 33 year old professional mother presented with nausea, vomiting, 10/10 pain scale for headache and neck ache. Temp of 102.5. CT was clear, thus his 18 years of experience suggested she was a drug seeker. He attempted to discharge her from the ED before being persuaded by family.
