We had an appointment set up for 6 months, when we got to the office, after a 2 hour drive we were told the appointment had to be rescheduled, they said the Dr. was not in that office on Thursdays anymore, and had not been for some time, but apparently they did not try to call until the day of the appointment, very POOR service, they offered an appointment in 3 months. Did not accept.

Dislike how they try to force you to buy stuff you don’t have to to use you insurance and don’t like how they all don’t take same insurance and the thing I hate the most is how everyone takes lunch and they close from 1-2 when none of the other stores do that customer service sucks
I have been waiting 18 days and still counting on receiving my pair of glasses that were promised 7 to 10 days tops! I will update to see if, and when they ever show up, and yes I have already paid 100%. Let's see how they try to make it right or not at all....... Well it took a whopping 20 days, I got a , here are you glasses,have a nice day. Our family now calls them, Glasses in about a month.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Even though Dr. Hilmes is great, the rest of this entire staff is the worlds worst along with the new Eye Doctors staff "helping them learn to be worse than they already are". 3 weeks after my appointment and still not getting my pair of trial contacts in a brand that is not Cooper because none of that brand has ever fit me right. Told them numerous times about the bad fit that Cooper brand contacts were and how they moved around in my eye, yet they cannot seem to order any other brand than ... read more
