I have been bringing my family for years. Always made my appointments together with my two daughters. Was told that they have a policy now for only two family members can be scheduled at a time. Even though I have to drive my daughters to the appointment they will not see me too. People have jobs and have to work. Not always easy getting time off of work to come in for numerous appointments. Omg. I loved the time and patience my four year old received. Glad I found this place.
I highly recommend them! I have a huge fear of going to the eye Doctors but they made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be going back!
Unfortunately, we are a large family and even though they had multiple openings for our 3 kids when I scheduled, they only allowed me to schedule two because "other families have no showed in the past" and they didn't want to risk all of us not showing..(not sure how that is a reflection on my family) but they said they would probably be able to accommodate my 3rd child on the day of.
