Very patient and thorough with my 2 year old son. Spent quite a bit of time discussing preventative care at home and techniques for dental care of toddlers.

Very clean office with lots of toys for kids, but Dr. Snaer and staff treat patients and parents in a hurried and unfriendly way. My daughter (18 months old) was also scolded for sucking her thumb at night, which was unnecessary she is only 18 months old!! When I expressed my concern for his tone in speaking to her, Dr. Snaer admonished me in the waiting room for not doing a better job of making my kids oral health a priority. Unprofessional and rude. Then I found out that his office didn't accept my insurance (Connecti... read more

His chairside and common courtesy manners to parents are practically nonexistent. He did not want to spend the time to explain the procedure and was very defensive when I started to ask questions about what my options were for treating cavities. Highly would not recommend him!

I took my daughter for a filling with Dr. Snaer and my daughter was traumatized. The office was backed up that day. We waited in the front for 45 mins. Then the assit had the laughing gas apparatus set up wrong and Dr. Snaer had to rearranged it for another 10 min. A nurse entered the the office and informed Dr. Snaer there are lot of patients waiting outside. Dr. Snaer started drilling on my daughter's teeth the second he's done with the anesthesia. My daughter literally jumped out of the chair and Dr. Snaer told me to use ... read more

Stay away! Dr. Kevin was arrogant and rude and this is his practice he has taken over from his father. My 4 year old daughter saw him 3 times and he caused undo pain to her 2 of the 3 times. By the 3rd visit she was scared of him and told me "Mommy I hope he is more gentle this time" The first visit while forcing an x-ray film into the back of her mouth, he pushed his thumb into her recently dermabonded (glued @ the ER) cut on her chin. He reopened the cut and blood was running down her chin. As she was crying uncontrollably... read more

I brought both of my children for routine care from Dr. Kevin for 4 years. During that time they weren't able to achieve a full mouth set of x-rays from my daughter due to her sensitive gag reflex and her fear of throwing up (she had food poisoning while on vacation overseas and developed an intense fear of throwing up). The routine cleaning and check ups were fine until Dr. Kevin caught me by surprise. He was very angry with me because my 8 year old daughter refused x-rays again even though I explained her phobia and the fa... read more

Dr. Kevin must have had an off day. He came highly recommended by our pediatrician and so I was hoping for the best for our 5 year old who has not had a good experience with a dentist. I gave the office staff the heads-up and even indicated on the registration form of my son's fear of the dentist. The hygienist who helped us was great! The office was busy the Friday we came in and it probably did not help Dr. Kevin's stress level. He explained things to me in a decent manner but I thought he could have treated my son a littl... read more

Children's denist. Very nice office and modern technology. Keeps appointments on-time. All assistants are very good. My son has no problem seeing this dentist. He is not on our lousy inurance plan, but we still see him anyway because I think he is worth it.
