Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes
I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed.Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I really liked the Dr. But the office manager and staff are very unprofessional !!!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was this family doctor friendly? Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen
